Venison Kabobs
Venison Kabobs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. venison loin, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 1 c. olive oil, 1 1/4 tsp. crushed oregano and 3 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop and smash garlic.
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, crushed oregano and garlic in a large, heavy-duty plastic bag. Cut venison into 2-inch chunks and place in bag, closing the bag with wire tie.
Shake well and marinate for 4 to 6 hours, turning the bag every hour.
Peel and quarter onions, cut bell pepper into 1 1/2-inch squares and cut bacon in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Prepare a charcoal fire.
Alternate chunks of venison, bacon, onion and bell pepper on skewers.
(Place bacon on both sides of venison on skewers.)
Turn skewers slowly until done.
