Veal or Chicken Piccata
Veal Or Chicken Piccata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. thinly sliced veal scaloppine or chicken breasts, thinly sliced, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 stick butter, 1 lemon and 1/2 c. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut veal or chicken into serving size pieces.
Coat each piece with flour.
Heat butter in a skillet.
Add meat and cook over fairly high heat until lightly brown on both sides.
If not enough room in skillet for all the meat, saute and remove until all meat is cooked.
Return all to pan.
Squeeze half of the lemon over meat.
Add the wine and stir gently.
Cook about 1 minute. Remove to warm platter and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
