Stuffed Peppers(Low Calorie) is an moderately easy dinner. Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds.
Precook in boiling water for 5 minutes.
In skillet, brown meat with onion.
Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients (except Parmesan cheese) and spoon mixture into peppers.
Place in a 10 x 6 x 3 3/4-inch baking dish. Put 1 cup water in dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 8 servings, 312 calories per serving.
