Shrimp in White Wine
Shrimp In White Wine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, shelled and deveined, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 garlic clove, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a wok, melt butter in 1 tablespoon olive oil over high heat until hot, swirling to coat sides of pan.
Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimp are pink and curled, 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove to plate. In same wok, heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat.
Add onion and garlic.
Stir-fry until soft, 3 to 5 minutes. Add wine, chicken broth, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Boil over high heat until reduced by one-third, about 3 minutes.
Return shrimp to wok.
Cook, tossing, for 30 seconds to heat through.
Add parsley and serve with rice and lightly sauteed zucchini.
