Pork Tenderloin(Parmigiana)
Pork Tenderloin(Parmigiana) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pork tenderloin, beat with meat chopper until thin, 1 egg, beaten well, 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Marinate pork in Wish-Bone dressing overnight.
Drain.
Beat egg; add salt and pepper.
Dip tenderloin into egg mixture, then crumbs.
Brown both sides.
Be careful not to have fire too high when browning because it burns easily.
Place tenderloin in shallow pan and spaghetti sauce over meat.
I put a little sauce under the meat, also.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and top with Mozzarella cheese; cook 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and meat reaches 170° internal temperature.
Serve with spaghetti (spoon a little sauce over spaghetti), salad and garlic bread.
