Pork Chops with Paprika-Dill Sauce
Pork Chops With Paprika-Dill Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops (shoulder, loin or rib), 1/2 c. flour, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, 4 medium onions, chopped or thinly sliced and 2 cloves garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dredge chops in seasoned flour (reserve 2 tablespoons).
Heat butter in large skillet and brown chops on both sides; set chops aside.
Add onions and garlic to skillet and saute over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in paprika and bouillon and cook over high heat to deglaze skillet.
Add chops; bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes, or until chops are tender.
Remove chops to heated serving dish and keep warm.
