Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 pkg. dry yeast, 4 eggs and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a large dissolve yeast in warm water or milk. In a medium-sized saucepan melt butter in milk, bring to boil. Remove from stove to lukewarm. to yeast with sugar, salt and eggs (slightly beaten).
Mix well.
Gradually add enough flour to dough.
Let rise to double (about 2 to 3 hours).
Knead for 5 minutes. Form into small balls for round rolls or roll out on floured board and cut with a biscuit cutter and fold over for Parker House rolls.
Let rise to double (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours). Bake at 375Β° until golden brown.
