Monkey Bread
Monkey Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or oleo, divided and melted, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1 pkg. active dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Heat until butter is melted.
Cool to 105° to 115°. Stir in yeast until dissolved.
Place flour in a large bowl; make a well in the flour and pour in the liquid mixture.
Stir until blended.
Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Turn dough out on a floured surface and roll to 1/4 inch thick.
Cut in 3-inch squares.
Dip each square into the remaining butter and layer squares in a 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Let rise until doubled in bulk, about 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
