Low Calorie Parmesan Fillets
Low Calorie Parmesan Fillets is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. each: olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 scrod or flounder fillet (7 oz.), cut in half crosswise and 1/2 oz. grated parmesan cheese, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat broiler.
In cup or small bowl, combine oil and lemon juice.
On nonstick baking sheet, arrange fillets in a single layer and, using pastry brush, brush both sides of each fillet with 1/4 of the oil mixture.
Sprinkle top of each fillet with half of the cheese.
Broil until golden brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 3 to 4 minutes.
Makes 2 servings, 166 calories.
