Scald milk.

Put warm water into warm bowl and add yeast.

Stir until dissolved.

Stir in lukewarm milk mixture, 2 eggs and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth.

Add enough flour to make a soft dough.

Turn out onto lightly floured board.

Knead until smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).

Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size (1 hour). Punch down.
