Chicken-Broccoli Skillet
Chicken-Broccoli Skillet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, 2 (8 oz.) whole chicken breasts, skinned, split, boned and cut into 1/2-inch wide strips, 1/4 c. chopped green onion, 2 tbsp. diet margarine and 1/4 fresh lemon (1 tsp. lemon juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Thaw broccoli.
Season chicken with garlic powder, pepper and no-salt season mixture for meats.
Cook chicken and green onion quickly in hot margarine until just done.
Stir in broccoli, lemon juice and thyme.
Cook, covered, for 6 minutes.
Add tomatoes. Cook, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes.
