Baked Salmon is an easy dinner. Made with 4 (3 oz.) salmon steaks, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. dried whole dill weed, 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Rinse steaks thoroughly in cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
Place steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with vegetable cooking spray (Pam).
Brush with lemon juice.
Sprinkle evenly with dill weed, parsley and pepper.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
