Zibdieh
Zibdieh is a Gazan clay-bowl stew of shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, hot peppers, dill, olive oil, and lemon. It cooks fast, tastes bright and fiery, and begs for warm bread to drag through the sauce.
π Recipe adapted from Wikidata (Dish)
Pound garlic, chile, dill, salt, and olive oil into a coarse paste.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and tomato paste to make a vivid sauce.
Add shrimp and spoon everything into a clay baking dish.
Bake until the shrimp curl and the sauce bubbles around the edges.
