Sprinkle veal slices with seasoning salt. Dip both sides in flour. Dip slices in beaten egg and finally into fine dry bread crumbs, pressing crumbs in well with your hand.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour, so that coating will stick when meat is fried.
Fry in 1/2-inch oil at 375Β° until brown and crisp, turning only once. Serve with boiled potatoes and green salad. Serves 4.
