Whole Wheat Bread Loaves
Whole Wheat Bread Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 4 tbsp. honey, 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add 1 tablespoon honey and let set until foamy, 5 to 10 minutes.
Scald milk and remove from heat; stir in remainder of honey, salt and butter.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add yeast mixture and beaten eggs to milk.
Stir in 3 cups wheat or graham flour and enough all-purpose flour to make a medium stiff dough.
On a lightly floured surface, knead dough about 10 minutes.
Place in well greased bowl; turn dough to coat surface.
Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 60 to 90 minutes.
Punch down and turn out on a lightly floured surface.
Divide in half.
Place in well greased loaf pans.
Let rise again, about 60 minutes.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes or until loaves test done.
Remove from pans.
