Saute onion in butter; cut out and discard hard center core of cabbage.

Put cabbage large pot of boiling water; boil until leaves are flexible and can easily be removed from head (need approximately leaves). Combine cooked rice, sirloin, pork sauteed onion. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.

Each leaf with prepared mixture and roll.

Place cabbage with folded sides down in a deep electric skillet. Pour

2 cans of soup over rolls (do not add water).

Add raisins.
