Stir-Fried Bok Choy
Stir-Fried Bok Choy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with nonstick cooking spray, 3/4 lb. bok choy, thinly sliced (4 c.), 1/2 sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips (1/2 c.), 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spray a wok or large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced bok choy, sweet pepper strips and garlic.
Stir-fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil; toss to coat.
Transfer the stir-fried vegetables to a platter or serving bowl.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Makes 2 or 3 side dish servings.
