Spinach Apple Salad
Spinach Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh spinach, 1 c. chopped apple, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. cider vinegar and 1/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove stems from the spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and pat dry.
Tear into bite size pieces.
Combine the spinach, apple and celery in large bowl.
Combine the vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over the spinach mixture and toss well.
Serves 4.
