Combine hot milk, shortening and salt and cool to lukewarm.

Add 1 cup flour. Add yeast and eggs.

Beat well.

Stir in remaining flour and knead lightly 5 to 8 minutes.

Cover and let rise until double, then divide dough into thirds.

Roll each into 9-inch circle.

Divide circle like pie and roll big end first so point is on outside. Arrange rolls point down on greased cookie sheet.

Curve slightly like a crescent.
