Shred remaining cabbage.

Boil 10 minutes in small amount of water.

Drain and cool.

Mix together the cracker crumbs, eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.

Stir until well blended; add to cooked cabbage.

Shape 6 cabbage leaves inside a white cloth.

Fill with a combined cooked cabbage and egg and cracker mixture.

Tie cloth at top so mixture will hold its shape and resemble a cabbage head.

Fill a pot 2/3 full of water and put cloth containing cabbage leaves filled with mixture in it and boil 20 to 25 minutes. Untie cloth and turn upside down on platter.

Pour browned butter over top and serve.

This takes a little time but is very good.
