Italian-Style Ground Beef
Italian-Style Ground Beef is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1/4 c. cold water, 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt, 1/8 tsp. black pepper and 1 tbsp. minced parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

With hands, mix lightly together the beef, water, seasoned salt, black pepper and minced parsley.
Shape into 4 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
Coat both sides of patties with flour.
Dip into egg, then into crumbs.
Brown quickly in hot oil on both sides in skillet.
Arrange in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Put a slice of cheese on each patty.
Pour spaghetti sauce over patties.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for about 25 minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
Good served with a green salad and garlic Italian bread or other bread.
