Hungarian Potato Fritters
Hungarian Potato Fritters is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. milk and 1 1/2 c. flour or more, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grate potatoes on grater using small holes on grater.
Take off water, if any.
Add egg, salt and milk and mix.
Add flour, enough to hold batter together.
Put enough oil in skillet so it covers potatoes partly.
Use 2 tablespoons of batter (or more if you like them thicker).
Fry slowly on one side until brown and turn over and brown other side.
Drain on paper towels.
Put salt on, if you like.
Serve with sour cream on top.
