Grilled Chicken With Pasta is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken breast, deboned and skinned, 4 tbsp. fat-free, low calorie italian salad dressing, fresh ground black pepper, 2 c. cooked linguini and 4 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Marinate chicken breasts in salad dressing for 1 to 4 hours. Grill 10 to 12 minutes on each side until tender and juice is clear.
Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper and cut into thin, short strips.
Serve over 1/2 cup hot linguini.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, if desired.
