Flounder Florentine

Heat oven to 400Β°. Spread spinach evenly in ungreased rectangular pan, 11 x 7 x 2 inches. Arrange fish on spinach. Sprinkle with salt. Place bell peppers, basil, milk and pepper sauce in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth; pour over fish.
