Crunchy Asian Snow Peas
Crunchy Asian Snow Peas is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh snow pea pods, ends chopped and strings pulled, 2 t. oyster sauce, 1 t. soy sauce, 1/2 t. sesame oil and 3 - 4 scallions thinly chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bring large pot of water to boil (approx. 5 quarts). When water begins to boil, add snow peas just until color changes, about 15-30 seconds. Immediately drain into colander and rinse well with cold tap water. Snow peas should be crisp and a beautiful green color. In a large bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add snow peas to mixture and toss well to coat. Add chopped scallions. Refrigerate. Serve cold.
