Crabmeat for breakfast!
Drain and flake about 6 ounces.
Slice green onions with tops very thin.
Cook 2 or 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet.
Beat eggs. Add skim milk, salt, pepper and paprika.
Pour over onions and cook slowly until firm and browned on the bottom.
When done, sprinkle with crabmeat, fold over and turn out on a hot platter. Makes 4 servings and each portion contains only about 215 calories.
