Chocolate Roll
Chocolate Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 eggs, separated, 1 1/4 c. 10x sugar (powdered sugar), 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. cocoa and 1 1/2 c. sweetened heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Butter 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan; line with wax paper.
Grease and lightly flour paper.
Beat yolks until thick (set aside).
Sift sugar and cocoa together. Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add salt; beat until egg whites form stiff peaks and fold sugar and egg whites into cocoa.
Fold 1/3 egg white mixture into yolks.
Fold in rest of egg white mixture. Spread evenly into pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Turn cake onto clean kitchen towel; roll with towel and let set a few minutes.
Unroll; let set and re-roll and let cool.
Unroll; spread with sweetened whipped cream.
Roll up again without towel.
Dust top with powdered sugar.
Add strawberries or favorite fruit.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
