Breakfast Bar
Breakfast Bar is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter, 1 envelope weight watchers chocolate shake mix or alba chocolate shake mix, 2 tbsp. raisins, 3/4 oz. quick cook oatmeal or crunchy rice cereal (approximately 1/3 c.) and 1 to 2 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix first 2 ingredients (mixture will be dry).
Add raisins. Add oatmeal or rice cereal.
To mixture, add cold water, enough to make dry paste.
Form into bars on waxed paper; refrigerate (can be frozen).
One breakfast bar equals 1 protein (meat), 1 milk, 1 fat, 1 fruit and 1 bread.
