Barbecued Duck Breasts
Barbecued Duck Breasts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boneless duck breasts (split from 2 wild ducks), 1 tbsp. baking soda, 2 tbsp. coarse salt, 1/2 cup bottled italian dressing and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve soda and salt in bowl of water.
Soak duck breasts in this water 3 hours.
Remove, pat dry, and place in shallow pan. Combine next 5 ingredients in plastic bag.
Add duck breasts, close bag and marinate at least 1
1/2 hours (or overnight in refrigerator).
Remove breasts form marinade.
Wrap each in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Cook on grill for about 5 minutes on each side, basting with marinade.
