Wiener Schnitzel
Wiener Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pork loin (butterfly), 5 oz. plain bread crumbs, salt, pepper and spicy season all-seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut meat into halves.
This should give you 4 pieces.
Pound the meat until they are tender.
Sprinkle both sides of meat with the seasoned salt; press them lightly into the flour.
Dip in eggs until covered and then transfer them into the bread crumbs.
Heat 1/2 cup oil (may vary depending on pan size) until hot.
Turn heat to medium, lay the meat (schnitzel) in the oil, cooking each side 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Take schnitzel out and put into plate with lemon slice on top.
Serve with potato salad or tossed salad.
