Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add to remaining ingredients.
Using mixer, beat together until well mixed.
Using a large spoon, work in 5 more cups of all-purpose flour.
Knead about 5 minutes.
Place in a large greased bowl. Let rise 1/2 hour.
Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead just enough to work out air bubbles.
Let rise 2 more times for 1/2 hour periods.
Knead to work out air bubbles after each rising period.
Be careful not to work in too much flour when kneading. Shape into loaves.
Place in greased loaf pans and turn over so tops will have oil on them.
Bake 1/2 hour at 325Β° until well browned.
