Vegetable Pie
Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked rice, 3 oz. cheddar cheese, 3 eggs, broccoli, onions and mushrooms and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix rice, 1/2 cheese and 1 egg; pat into pie pan, sprayed. Layer favorite vegetables, salt and pepper.
Mix eggs and milk; pour over vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 3 servings.
