Veal with Dill
Veal With Dill is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 tbsp. butter, 4 1/2 lb. veal cubes, salt and pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute veal in 4 tablespoons of butter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add garlic, onion and 2 tablespoons of the dill.
Cook without browning for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour and nutmeg and add chicken broth and water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and bake in oven for 1 hour at 375Β°.
Scrape carrots and trim leeks.
Split leeks down center and rinse well.
Slice carrots and leeks lengthwise into very thin strips.
Set aside.
Heat 4 tablespoons of butter and cook leeks and carrots until wilted.
Stir 1/2 vegetables into meat.
Stir in cream and bring to a boil.
Use remaining vegetables to garnish when served over noodles or rice.
