Veal Villa D'Este
Veal Villa D'Este is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 thin veal scallops, flattened, flour, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 stick butter and 2 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dust veal lightly with flour.
Saute veal in butter and oil for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden.
Add the warmed Scotch whiskey, ignite and shake pan.
Transfer meat to serving dish.
Stir in 3/4 cups of heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
Pour over veal.
Serves 4. Can add sauteed mushrooms.
