Veal and Mushrooms
Veal And Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 8 lb. stew veal, cut in large cubes, 1 1/2 c. seasoned flour, 6 lb. mushrooms, sliced and 1 1/2 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt butter in large skillet.
Roll veal cubes in flour and sear on all sides.
Will probably have to work in batches.
When seared, put veal in 6-quart casserole alternately with raw mushrooms and butter from skillet.
Cover tightly and bake at 350Β° for 2 hours.
Serve with rice or couscous.
