Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 3 slices white bread and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry onions in butter until golden brown.
Soak bread in 1/2 cup milk.
Combine ground meat with fried onions, soaked bread, eggs, salt and pepper.
Roll into 1-inch balls and fry in butter or oil until evenly browned.
Shake pan often to keep ball round. Remove meatballs; add flour to fat and blend.
Add bouillon and milk; cook until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Add meatballs; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
