Swedish Meat Balls
Swedish Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. ground beef and pork, salt and pepper to taste, 1 pt. milk, 8 eggs and 1/2 box cracker meal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pour milk over cracker meal and let stand until dissolved. Season meat with salt, pepper, Accent and onion.
Beat eggs and add to milk mixture.
Pour all into meat and roll into small balls.
Brown meat well on all sides.
Mix mushroom soup, sour cream, water and mushrooms.
Pour over browned balls (in large casserole or roaster).
Bake at 300Β° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
(If gravy is a little thick, you may add more milk before serving.) Serves 25 people.
