Stroganoff
Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef loin top sirloin steak boneless, cut into thin strips, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/4 c. beef broth, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dredge steak in flour.
Combine steak, broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in 2 1/2 quart microproof casserole.
Push meat to center of casserole; set aside.
Wipe mushrooms with damp towel.
Cut into thick slices.
Arrange mushrooms and onion around meat.
Cover with casserole lid and cook on 80 for 10-13 minutes or until tender.
Stir in sour cream.
4 servings.
