Stir-Fried Vegetables
Stir-Fried Vegetables is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, remove all fat and bones and cut into strips, 1 1/2 c. oil, 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped and 2 stalks celery, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Heat oil in wok until very hot.
Drain pork thoroughly and deep fry in hot oil for just 30 seconds.
Remove and drain on paper towel.
Pour out all but 3 tablespoons oil. Fry ginger and garlic gently for 30 seconds.
Add all vegetables and stir-fry. Add oyster sauce, salt, pepper and Accent.
Stir-fry until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.
Serves 10.
