Made with 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and chopped, 1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped, 1/3 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese, 1/3 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise and 1/4 c. nonfat buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain spinach; press between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl.
