Sesame Chicken
Sesame Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. sesame seeds, 4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves, 1 tsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. honey and 2 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a nonstick skillet toast sesame seeds over medium to high heat.
Set aside.
Cut chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness (or pound to 1/4-inch thickness).
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium to high heat.
Add chicken; cook for 3 minutes each side or until lightly brown.
Combine sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce and ginger; pour over chicken and cook 4 minutes, turning chicken to coat with sauce.
Serve sauce over chicken.
