Scrambled Egg Casserole
Scrambled Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. melted butter, 2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Blend flour into 2 tablespoons melted butter in saucepan. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Stir in milk gradually. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir in salt, pepper and cheese until cheese is melted.
Saute ham in 3 tablespoons butter in skillet.
Add eggs.
Cook over medium heat until eggs are set, stirring constantly.
Stir in cheese sauce. Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter.
Chill, covered, overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
