Sauteed Veal Chops
Sauteed Veal Chops is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 + tbsp. butter, 4 rib or loin veal chops (1 inch thick; not shoulder), salt, pepper (white) and 1/2 c. marsala wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat butter in skillet.
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown slowly on both sides, about 20 minutes.
Remove chops; place on serving plates.
Add wine and some of prepared gravy (to thicken and taste).
Bring to a boil, scraping loose all the brown particles from skillet.
Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon juices over meat.
