Sauteed Fish Fillets
Sauteed Fish Fillets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (cod, haddock, sole, flounder), 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. wheat germ, 2 shallots, chopped and 1 1/2 tbsp. cold pressed oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dip fish in then in wheat germ.
Saute shallots in oil and butter in skillet
2 minutes, then add the fish. Cook briefly, 3 minutes on one side and 2 on the other. Do not cook is dry and comes apart.
When serving, toss minced parsley over.
Add lemon wedges on the side. Serves 4.
