Red Beans and Rice
Red Beans And Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 stick of butter, 1 c. chopped onion, 2/3 c. chopped green pepper, 2/3 c. chopped celery and 3 oz. dry white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter until soft. Add wine, cumin, cilantro, chili powder and cayenne.
Bring to a simmer then add sausage, beans and tomato sauce.
