Quail is an easy dinner. Made with 2 quail (per person), fresh raw oysters, worcestershire sauce and bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash and pat dry quail (whole).
Stuff each one with raw oysters.
Season with Worcestershire sauce.
Place in a greased roaster.
Cover each quail with half strip of bacon, covering all exposed areas.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or golden brown and thigh juice runs clear with knife.
Serve with milk gravy and grits.
