Potato Soup
Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. potatoes (peeled weight), 1 c. onions, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped, 10 c. water and 4 oz. chicken base, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Peel and dice potatoes into large pieces (approximately 1/2 x 1-inch).
In large pot, put diced potatoes, chopped onions, chopped celery, water, chicken base, pepper and Crazy salt. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
Add milk to the soup and simmer altogether to 170Β°.
In a separate pan, blend melted margarine and flour together to form a smooth paste.
Remove approximately 1 quart of soup broth and blend it with the margarine paste until smooth.
Using a wire whip, add this back with the rest of the soup.
Blend well and simmer for 20 minutes.
