Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin slathered with a paste of dark brown sugar, Dijon, and fresh rosemary, then roasted until the crust caramelizes. Three pantry staples, one impressive Sunday dinner.
👨🍳 Instructions
Trim off thin layer of fat from meat.
Sprinkle with pepper. Rub paste mixture all over roast.
Put rosemary stalk on top of meat to bake.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°, uncovered, until meat thermometer registers 175° internal temperature.
