Oysters Au Gratin
Oysters Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pt. shucked oysters, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms, 1 clove garlic, minced and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Pat oysters dry.
In a large skillet, cook and stir oysters, butter and garlic 3 to 4 minutes until oysters edges curl; drain. Stir in flour. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in wine, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over oysters.
Mix crumbs, Parmesan cheese and melted butter.
Sprinkle over sauce.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 10 minutes until crumbs brown.
