Mushroom Wine Sauce
Mushroom Wine Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic, chopped, 3/4 c. beef bouillon, room temperature, 3/4 c. dry red wine or cooking wine and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion turns yellow. Add mushrooms; saute approximately 5 minutes.
Add flour; stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Add bouillon and wine.
Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
May be used over chopped sirloin steak, hamburger steaks, sliced London broils, etc.
